Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:
Fowler Laundry Solutions is looking for a qualified inside sales team member to assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating/prospecting leads, and managing existing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, results oriented and self-motivated individual. You’ll gain hands-on sales experience working with both potential new customers and a wide variety of internal projects.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Research, generate and qualify leads from providers of information, analytics and marketing services, leading to high conversion rates
  • Work heavily within a CRM and ERP interface to drive new business and maintain customer information
  • Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature
  • Support the sales team in day to day functions and data entry
  • Ability to assimilate and deliver a high level of technical information to potential/existing customers
  • Develop client relationships and engage with existing customers
  • Learn and apply sales techniques
 
Qualifications 
  • BA or BS degree in business, marketing, finance, supply chain management or related field preferred
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills 
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, need to set and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel required
